The German restaurant of the hotel is the most distinctive and luxurious restaurant in the local area. Every year, many guests come to the hotel to check in and book holiday meals. The reservation of the restaurant needs to be booked several months in advance to enter this special restaurant.

Our classmate Luo didn’t start his internship until the end of August this year, and now he is the chef in charge of hot fried pork chops in this restaurant. He told us that this opportunity is really great for him. He just graduated from the university as a chef and can come to work in a cross-cultural environment, which not only makes him learn different; The practice of western cuisine can communicate with the local people and understand the local culture. Colleagues and bosses are also very friendly and patient with him, but they sometimes think of the hot pot in Chengdu.

A few days before I first arrived, I also went to the local museum to learn about the local German immigrant culture. As a student, I can still apply for a half-price ticket. I also saw the aurora in October, and I was very excited.
